 (acting as the Baltic Sea Region INTERREG III B National Sub-committee)

approved on 19 April 2002

 

on

financial arrangements concerning participation of partners from Accession Countries
in projects performed within the framework of
the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) INTERREG III B Community Initiative

 

Polish VASAB 2010 Committee,

on the basis of § 1 point 3 of Its Rules of Procedure,

took the position as follows:

 

§ 1

The Committee proposes setting up – within the Grant Scheme (2001 edition) of the PHARE CBC in the Baltic Sea Region – a special budget line designed for applicants from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland to support their participation in complementary BSR INTERREG III B projects.

 

 § 2

The Committee submits proposal mentioned in § 1 to:

1. European Commission,

2. Baltic Joint Cooperation Committee,

3. Steering and Monitoring Committees for BSR INTERREG III B,

4. National BSR INTERREG III B Subcommittees from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

 The Committee expects support from aforementioned institutions in favour of the proposal.
