Project description
|
The Project is intended to assist Leningrad Oblast regional authority in development of new directions of rural employment, namely in sectors of agriculture – Green House Vegetable Growing, Green House Planting, Plant Gardening and Environment, Park and Garden Architecture and Environment Construction. Another focus is the strengthening already existing rural training institution on Leningrad region and support of rural employment. The aim will be achieved by special training of active persons intended to
start own agricultural business and Cross Border authorities representatives for following skills and knowledge developing in their rural areas and thus to improve food production in the Leningrad Oblast Region.
Project activities include the marketing study of the sectoral situation, updated authority activity, definition of Training Needs Analysis of rural unemployed, improving training institution with providing methodological and technical support, circles of training workshops, arranged in Leningrad Oblast and EU partner areas, few results dissemination workshop, creation of Internet based resources, and consultancy service. |
