Project description

The Project aim is to reinforce the awareness on Leningrad Oblast market and business attractiveness among EU Regions. It will be achieved by: (A) development and introduction of official Leningrad Oblast Government marketing approach and strategy; (B) development and further maintenance of regional marketing tools and sustainable resources, intended to be used by local authority for support of marketing strategy introduction. Leningrad Oblast will be a pilot area with further expansion of approach to Northwest Russia at all. The target groups are: local authorities, SMEs and large companies, the companies involved into international cooperation support, indirectly -the population of Cross Border areas. The main activities are – expertise of current problems in local marketing approach and actions, development of the appropriate recommendations and official marketing strategy for local government, support of the introduction through forming marketing thinking, skills and resources: training of authority representatives, arranging informational events, producing informational materials, creating sustainable “one stop info-point”, where any foreign incomer can get access to all business entry service and regional information. 

Central Aim

The main objective of the Project is to reinforce and improve the awareness on Leningrad Oblast market and business attractiveness among Cross Border and EU Regions.
