To facilitate and enlarge modern level of TQM awareness amongst regional SME sector; To provide local business and training community with methodology and skills for TQM concept implementation; to encourage them to disseminate TQM to other SME's; To test the TQM concept for implementation within Russian SME's; To convince the selected SME's about the advantages of TQM for their business development;
