Project description

The main aim of the project - improvement of Administration control of ecological monitoring in Baltic Sea in connection with the opening of port Primorsk in Finnish Gulf.

All Baltic countries (Russia, Finland, Sweden, Estonia e.t.c.) have a great interest to this project. It is necessary to be agreed the ecological requirments and monitoring systems of all Baltic countries. It is important to choice or to design more effective unified methods and devices for the monitoring and for the struggle with the different ecological emergencies.

Central objectives

  1. Analysis of the control systems of different Baltic countries.

  2. Creation of the new information system for the constant ecological control.

  3. Analysis and choice the new technologies.

Expected benefits

  1. Cleanliness of the water in Baltic Sea.

  2. Improvement of ecological monitoring systems.

  3. Effective struggle with the oil polutions.
